We had a BLAST! We literally could've stayed here all day and night lol if only our bank account would allow it. There are so many fun games for kids and adults! They also serve pizza (HUGE SLICES), sodas, and offer a good adult beverage selection. There will never be a time that we visit Gatlinburg and don't go to Arcadia!
This is our favorite arcade in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Yes, we are grown adults that love arcades. They have a wide variety of games and claw machines to play. Our favorite is The Wizard of Oz coin pusher game. They have a huge prize selection and the biggest selection of high point prizes of any arcade around. Be sure to go there hungry so you can grab a massive slice of NY style pizza at Slice Pizza Bakery inside Arcadia. You won't be disappointed!

It's my favorite arcade ever!! Great machines, my daughter had a blast and my wife and I loved it. Some machines can be buggy but the workers will fix it if you take a picture or ask. More prizes and things to buy with your tickets than any arcade I've ever seen. If you like arcades, go here!
We went there for the space needle and then decided to play the games. It was so easy to buy the game cards at a kiosk. Afterwards, you go up to any arcade game and tap to play. My boyfriend and I felt like kids, full of fun and excitement. We will definitely go back.
The arcade games were great..a huge variety. At one point, one of the games stopped working and a manager came over to fix it. No big deal. Then, when we were adding the cards we won to our account, the machine wouldn't take three of our cards so we had to find the same manager again. A little annoying, but again these things happen that can't always be helped. She fixed the machine promptly. After we scanned our card the machine showed that we had 2,739 tickets to spend. We took our card to the young blond girl at the prize counter and she confirmed 2, 739. We got two things. She told us that a ball we wanted was 310. After she scanned it, it was actually 460. Okay, fine. We let it go. Then we got an item that was 2,000. The total was 2,460. She told us to have a nice day and sent us on our way. I told her that we still have almost 300 tickets left to spend. She said, "The card says it's cleared out. Sorry". I tried again to explain to her that we saw that there was 2,739 originally and we still have tickets to use. She's like, "I don't know what to tell you" and began ringing out the next person. She was so dismissive. We spent a lot of money in there for that small amount of tickets. We walked 5 feet down to the other guy that was there and told him the situation. He was like, "The computer doesn't lie". I told him I understood but re-explained the situation again. Without any trouble, he added 350 tickets to our card and kindly continued helping us with prizes. I thanked him and we left. As we were walking away, I saw the girl go over to him and start talking about us. It just left a bad taste when we were just trying to get what we were owed.
Great time. Lots of variety of games. Cool prizes :)
